What to eat and drink?


The night before your session, it's important to steer clear of alcohol entirely, as it can dampen your awareness rather than enhance it. In fact, it's best to abstain from alcohol altogether for a few days leading up to your appointment. On the day of your session, consider reducing your coffee intake and limit it to the morning only to avoid feeling jittery, which could interfere with your ability to relax deeply into the theta brainwave state during your Quantum Healing session.

Prioritize healthy eating by avoiding meats and processed foods as much as possible the night before and on the day of your session. Since the session may last several hours, ensure you have a substantial breakfast with nutritious foods. Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water the night before and in the morning, but start tapering off an hour before your session to minimize the need for bathroom breaks while in the theta state.

Prior to the day of your session you'll want to review and prioritise your list of questions. I recommend 10 questions we can deeply dive into, but no more than 20 questions. A few examples are:

  • Why have I always felt different from those around me?
  • I'm retired and I'm wondering if my purpose in life has changed?
  • How can I have a better relationship with my kids, wife, husband, siblings etc.?
  • Why have I been always fascinated with aliens and ET's?                 
  • Have I ever been abducted or lived an alien life?
  • How many lifetimes have I lived?
  • I had a weird dream/experience and would like some clarity around it.
  • Why can't I identify with being a man, woman, etc.?
